Complaints procedure for parking users
Users of parking lots managed by the Municipality of Bled – Režijski obrat, Cesta svobode 13, 4260 Bled, may file a complaint in the event of dissatisfaction, incorrectly charged service, or other problems related to the use of parking lots.

Deadline for handling the complaint:
We will handle the complaint as soon as possible, no later than 15 working days from the receipt of a complete complaint.
Dispute resolution:
The contracting parties will strive to resolve any potential disagreements amicably and peacefully. If this is not possible, the competent court in Kranj shall have jurisdiction to resolve any mutual disputes.
Alternative dispute resolution is prescribed by the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), which is resolved by the contracting parties through the mediation of an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider (IRPS provider). The user/buyer voluntarily decides whether to file an initiative to initiate proceedings with the IRPS provider, and the provider (Municipality of Bled, the power plant) voluntarily decides whether to participate in the proceedings.
The Municipality of Bled, the utility company does not have a selected provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as responsible for resolving a consumer dispute that the user/customer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. The user/customer may file an initiative to initiate the IRPS procedure with any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution listed on the ‘list of providers of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution in the Republic of Slovenia.
