Re\u017eijski obrat, Cesta svobode 13, 4260 Bled,<\/strong> may file a complaint in the event of dissatisfaction, incorrectly charged service, or other problems related to the use of parking lots.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8aeed6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8aeed6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">How to file a complaint:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3dc1d74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3dc1d74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li><strong>in writing to the address:<\/strong> Municipality of Bled<br>Cesta svobode 13<br>4260 Bled<\/li>\n<li><strong>electronically to the address<\/strong>: obcina@bled.si<\/li>\n<li><strong>in person<\/strong> at the headquarters of the Municipality of Bled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d62697a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d62697a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Deadline for handling the complaint:\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-899cef2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"899cef2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We will handle the complaint as soon as possible, no later than 15 working days from the receipt of a complete complaint.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1071f62 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1071f62\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Dispute resolution:\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4f16ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c4f16ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The contracting parties will strive to resolve any potential disagreements amicably and peacefully. If this is not possible, the competent court in Kranj shall have jurisdiction to resolve any mutual disputes. <\/p>\n<p>Alternative dispute resolution is prescribed by the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), which is resolved by the contracting parties through the mediation of an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider (IRPS provider). The user\/buyer voluntarily decides whether to file an initiative to initiate proceedings with the IRPS provider, and the provider (Municipality of Bled, the power plant) voluntarily decides whether to participate in the proceedings.  <\/p>\n<p>The Municipality of Bled, the utility company does not have a selected provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as responsible for resolving a consumer dispute that the user\/customer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. The user\/customer may file an initiative to initiate the IRPS procedure with any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution listed on the &#8216;list of providers of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution in the Republic of Slovenia.
